Start your day with full control and power. Join me every morning and practice sun salutations (Surya Namaskar) every morning for 30 days with the sunrise. I will guide and practice with you. Change is not easy, and it takes time and patience. When you want to see the real change in your life, discipline and accountability are the 2 most important things that's needed to be followed. The harder changes you're facing, the more you will want to find some "hook" you can find. Opening your morning with a concrete morning routine will help you feel in control, connected, energized, focused, and inspired to start the day. Yoga is where you can find that by connecting mind, body and spirit. Don't have time or access to 1 hour morning yoga session? I created this program for you. It program only takes 15-20 minutes, depending on your desired speed and practices. No matter how much storms you're going through now in life, find the grounding moment as much as you can. The hack here is to start small, something you feel like you can do, but still a bit uncomfortable or challenging, and keep on doing it for at least 30days. That's when real change happens.
